Add new ZenHub public roadmap to the website #5

Change the link from the github roadmap to the ZenHub public workspace.

[x] Make sure the workspace is public and can be visible to non-contributors
[x] Make sure only individuals part of the Legesher Core team are able to update/change the roadmap

ZenHub only allows users who have read/write access to the repositories to see the roadmap. However, users are able to see the Github Milestones and the website link can instead link to this. Possibly in the future we could change it to a page of instruction on how to get in the know of the project.

This article was helpful in determining what users were able to do.
