refactor: update the format for translations and reviews #253

Refactor Translation Page

Thanks to feedback as translations are progressing, we're changing the format of translation reviews from one line reviews to separate lines with each individual's name and commentary. This will make it easier to refer back to individual's work for questions and individuals can update their own review easily.
