Added New Language: Malayalam (Python)

This pull request (PR) is made in reference to Add New Language: Malayalam (Python) #234

Description: Made Malayalam translation to the language Python

This PR has the Malayalam translation for the Python in ml.yaml file

To make the Malayalam language translation available in the legesher.

Thank you so much for your hard work on getting us started in Malayalam @sanjay-kv ! This is really exciting for us!! 👏 🎉 If you'd like to contribute more, here are a couple next steps:

PR: Add Malayalam as a languages in active development on the master branch. (The list is in alphabetical order.)
PR: Add translations for Python builtin functions
share with your friends who are native Malayalam speakers 👍 I'll create a new issue for them to review the translations!

sure @madiedgar. would like to do more for this project. I will be adding more translation for the built-in functions translation soon.
