This pull request (PR) is made in reference to: #250

Description

What does this PR do? This PR have URDU translation for python language.

Recommendations for how to test this? Made changes in Keywords and builtin functions for Python language in ./locale/ur.yml . You can see URDU translation from line number 1248 to 1258

This change have URDU translation for python language.
