Review Telugu translation for Python language

This pull request (PR) is made about #172(https://github.com/legesher/legesher-translations/issues/172)

Description

Reviewed the translation of python keywords in the te.yml file and suggested some translation changes.

Why is this change required? What problem does it solve? Telugu is a language where the word depends on the context. I suggested some changes for certain keywords.
