feat: review language (Python) - Hebrew translation

Description

• Added translation for Atom keywords
• Added translation for python keywords and builtins

Hi @madiedgar :) Took a long time to get round to this, but I have finished the full python translation. I couldn't understand the check fail, so I would appreciate some insight into what needs to be changed. On another note, if I should add more translations in this PR or in a different one, I would be happy to do so.
