Error find GPU cuda 11.4 #384

Describe the bug I running on Nvidia Gearforce RTX 3060 with CUDA 11.4 but FPS very low updown 1.5, it seem using CPU .how to config CmakeLists.txt to find CUDA 11.4

System (please complet the following information):

OS: [e.g. Ubuntu 18.04]
ROS version: [Melodic]
GPU when relevant: [NVidia Gearforce RTX 3060]
CUDA 11.4
