Add RethinkDB to the list and add code fencing / syntax highlighting to examples #17

Hi @leggetter! I just wanted to add RethinkDB to your great list and also clean up the code examples a little bit and add syntax highlighting to them. Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks, @dalanmiller. The RethinkDB entry will definitely stand out with that banner! I'll see what it looks like and might either update the others to have banners (which would be quite handy for talks anyway) or may have to remove it - I hope not as I love the stuff that Annie Ruygt does.

I'm probably going to remove all the code samples. It's difficult to maintain all the entries as it is without also having to try and keep up with docs. So, I think links to docs is the way forward.

You bet! Was just trying to show some RethinkDB flair, no worries if you remove it for consistency. This is a great piece and helpful I think to people moving into the realtime domain.
