Use fei image queuing on Falcon4 #14092

This feature is available with TUI software version Krios 3.11 and Glacios 2.11

So far we know this works on Falcon4. This improves the acquiring time of 10 second frame saving to on-average of 1.0 s but for now returns a fake statistics if in save 8x8 mode with 0.6 s gain. For short exposure, the improvement is much smaller.

Default is not to use the feature. To use on eligible Falcon4, add to fei.cfg on the TFS microscope PC

under [camera] section

USE_CAMERA_QUEUE = True
