affinity propagation not running #2022

the affinity propagation executable is here (it is the only binary file with no dependencies):

/opt/appion/bin/apcluster.exe

the precompiled binaries can be downloaded from:

Can you just make sure that you can execute it, without it giving "bad interpreter" errors, and that it's copied to the guppy nodes / boxes.

Thanks Dmitry. I just did yum install glibc.i686 -y on all guppy nodes to enable 32-bit support. Now /opt//myamisnap/bin/apcluster.exe works as expected.
