Submit refine job to processing host - copy files not working #2133

When I try to submit a run refine job to Garibaldi from longboard/myamiweb, the web side is unable to copy files from the local rundir to the remote rundir. I can copy them by hand with no issue, but from the web, the issue still occurs even if I change the folder permissions to 777. I'm not sure what's going on, and wasn't sure how to log onto longboard as the apache user to test.

to reproduce:

  1. Go to http://longboard.scripps.edu/myamiweb/processing/selectPreparedRecon.php?expId=8556&type=single
  2. select eman_recon104
  3. Change host selection to garibaldi
  4. Select just show command
  5. notice error

I changed export option on cronus2 a while back so that Garibaldi nodes can mount data00 and data15. Not sure if the error was related to that, but it works fine now. I'll be working on "Cronus3 no longer warns user if login failed to processing server":https://emg.nysbc.org/redmine/issues/2015 next.
