r17729 changes where we get the apix value from, which was probably not the issue here, but could be an issue for some stacks. It looks like the frealign runs were uploading the mask size in pixels for a while before changing to upload in angstroms. SO when we try to import a run that uploaded in angstroms, the resulting mask size is much larger than expected. Will investigate further to make sure all refinement methods are uploading properly.

Anchi, I've confirmed that the methods are using Angstroms in the GUIs and are uploading in Pixels to the DB and importing the mask size correctly from other runs. The only one I have not been able to confirm by actually running it is EMAN.

Can use xmipp_recon8 at myamiweb/processing/selectPreparedRecon.php?expId=9318 to test import parameters of "11nov28c - same as eman_recon8 testing upload eulers in icos". The outer mask radius in this case should be 360 angstrom.
It looks like eman upload saves its mask radius in angstrom but frealign upload saves its mask in pixels.
