templates/images not found #2855

Hi there

I've been trying to run "template picking" and I run into an issue where my templates are not found.

I've tried to create new templates and it says that my images are not found.

is there anyway to circumvent the problem?

Hi Julia, It looks like the template is located in an archive file. I'm not sure if that archive is online right now. I'm not in the office today, but I'll see if someone else can look into it for you.
