Just using the web interface it appears that imagicMSA run was successful. I am permitted to attempt imagicMSAcluster but fail at this point. Check that imagicMSA has run successfully before inserting a failed run into database.

Not sure why msa failed, see: /ami/data00/appion/09jun17d/align/imagicmsa1/

I just want to let you know, good luck, we're all counting on you!

Ahoy! Web page shows that the imagicMSA is both "running" and "complete" at the same time, currently it is still in progress and had not failed. But clicking on "complete" tricked me into thinking it was finished and that I could start clustering.

Your IMAGIC batch file did not run. You probably need to setup your path to run IMAGIC. You need to have "eigenimages.hed" and "eigenimages.img" files in your directory. I added a check for successful IMAGIC completion and creation of files.
