Neil, I am noticing that the confidence value is only weird for ACE1 runs. Do you have an idea what is going on?

The new confidence value (whichever is the last one one the report page) breaks the reprocess below confidence option. What does that number even mean? They are always greater than 1. Is higher better or lower better?
