This has been noticed at NYSBC and two other sites. The correlation peak value drops and the results has step jumps.

There is a parameter in the program -pbx that defines the correlation peak search box size. Default is 96 pixels. When number of frames becomes large or drift is large, some frame pairs end up with no correlation in the box. Therefore, it fails badly.

r19421 add this option
