Run RELION 2 in an Amazon EC2 GPU instance #4703

Plan to keep it simple:

Upload a clean RELION stack, do 3D classification, and then 3D refinement.

Looks like cost will be $1-2 per hour.

There are several Linux options, I heard Ubuntu is easiest to install on, so I plan to start there.

choice between g2.2xlarge and g2.8xlarge, because they have SSD storage.
