basic TEM control through Leginon #5078

When user operate remotely, it is important to check column vacuum, beam settings etc before opening column valve. This is a general node operated on the main Leginon workstation where these functions are available but with checking that an expert would do.

To use the functions so-far developed, add this node class to existing MSI applications withtwo required bindings.

TEM Controller --PresetChangeEvent--> Presets Manager Presets Manager --PresetChangedEvent--> TEM Controller

Make sure preset is sent to scope from either Presets Manager, Navigator, or TEM Controller before the first time this node is used so that it knows what microscope it is controlling.
