myamiweb tomo tracking graph broken #6249

It shows as a borken image in the frame. If load the image itself with error on, it says 

Chosen locale file ("lang/en.inc.php") for error messages does not exist

added the language and bypass imageantialias function not exist error. This is only used in tomo graph and it is not crucial to have antialias.
