Support hexagonal lattice for HexAuFoil grids #8

Hi Anchi and all,

Hope all is well! My understanding is that even for larger hole sizes (not just 0.2/0.3µm), Quantifoil will soon be deprecating standard grid geometry in favor of HexAuFoil geometry, where holes are arranged in a hexagonal, rather than rectilinear lattice.

It would be useful I think to support this by allowing a hexagonal lattice for hole targeting in Leginon.

As an aside, Quantifoil reached out to Bill and Chen who have been using Leginon and SerialEM successfully with HexAuFoil grids.
