make python 3 branch php 8 compatable

New webservers come with php 8 servers are tighter on validation and have some breaking changes. There is also jpgraph upgrade required.

Summary of main breaking changes

• Undefined constant applicationId as key of an array

  • $test_array[id] is not valid.

• class ABC function ABC in the class is no longer the same as __construct.

  • def __construct($input_args) { ….
  • for subclass, add this line to its own __construct to inherit stuff:
    • parent::__construct($title, $name);

• @each is removed

  • • while(list($x, $columns) = @each($index))
  • • foreach ($index as $x =>$columns)

• get_magic_quotes_gpc() is removed and addslashes not recommended.

  • remove them in inc/auth.php

• JPGRAPH needed upgrade to 4.4.2
