M3 Physics improvements (to break down)

Summary

The goal is to add enough features so that the lgn-physics crate is useable in the context of simple demo examples.

Current State

NVIDIA's PhysX library has been integrated, but only a subset of its features, such as rigid bodies, are exposed to the engine.

Tasks

• [ ] Add support for kinematic actors, for things like character controllers #1463
• [ ] Scene raycasts #1182
• [ ] Collision detection reports (?7d)
