Ability to delete a bookmark or set of bookmarks from the outline view #2

In the bookmark panel, ability to select a bookmark and delete it by pressing the delete key. Right now you have to use the gutter to toggle bookmarks on and off.

Also, be able to highlight a file item in the panel, and pressing delete all of the bookmarks in that file.
