Looks like you are pasting in a lot of text for the description?

Yes, I was adding a few different description types

I tried again and was successful and entering in one description type but then the second description type led to another error. If it is possible to recover (or reindex) the entry, that would be great.

Indexing seems to work fine for the Historic Areas. The errors reported here are in Character Area geometries (specifically old versions of the circulation area) that have too many vertices. image
