Known related issues:

[ ] Copy Standards GDB to WGS84 – this should be eliminated since the standards GDB should be in WGS84 to start
[x] Create Subset of Standards GDB – subset created as NAD83, didn’t stay in WGS84

Further checks needed:

[x] This change must be vetted throughout the whole toolbox.

After discussing this a little further, we decided to leave the Copy Standards GDB to WGS84 tool, as it can be used to update legacy databases that are still in NAD83
