We want to add some new descriptive fields from the FMSF data into each resource. Some of the data will come from the "santaclaus" access database from the FMSF similar to the "owntype" field. These will be spatially joined to the data in the updating process in the FMSF to HMS plugin (associated with issues #234 and #235).
