Replacing old FPAN/HMS logos on landing pages #259

We have recently revamped our FPAN logo and in turn, revamped our HMS round logo (the sticker version) to match. Could we replace the old FPAN logo and HMS round logo on the home page with the new ones? (The non-round HMS logos we have on other pages can stay the same, they didn't change). New files are attached.
