Change FPAN logo link on Arches homepage to go to HMS page instead of main homepage #276

Could we change the link destination when you click on the logo on the Home page? It currently goes to the main FPAN page but we want everything to loop back to the HMS-specific page at https://www.fpan.us/training-courses/hms-florida/. They can always get to the FPAN home page from there if they really want to.
