Added the ability to view orb on the map. if the hero is on the town with the orb, viewing the map will show 'H/O' instead of 'T/O'. Town with the orb will be displayed as 'T/O' added a debug feature by entering '1337' on town menu to teleport hero to orb location added a new function called orb_townmenu which display a diffferent set of town menu when the user is in a town with an orb
