Due to Kakao's official notice article(#), Kakao i Translation Open API will terminate its service for personal use. After July 1st, 2023 anyone who doesn't have company that uses Kakao i Cloud and uses translation SDK for own product can't use Kakao translation API or SDK includes me.
Because of its service termination, should make alternative options for user.
Steps:
[ ] Remove kakao translation function (at 1.2)
[ ] Add other APIs that provides translation function.
[ ] Modify description of this project, especially remove expression about Kakao translate service.
