ND missing features

Done:

[x] PLAN mode
[x] On new aircraft when the range is 10nm in ARC mode, the 8 and 3 nm rings are now labeld 7.5 and 2.5.

In progress:

To-do:

[X] Chronometer indicator (white)
[X] GPWS + Terrain on ND
[X] WXR on ND
[ ] Airport moving map (is an option since 2014, see #4 )
[ ] Temporay flightplan
[X] TCAS indication
[X] Only works when IRS is aligned?????
[ ] GA route in blue
- [ ] Messages and warning flags
