Feature Request - RMP Controll when some of them fail #213

Just a reminder for my self....

From newer FCOM:

If one RMP fails, the remaining one controls all the VHF (HF) transceivers except if RMP3 is not installed and ACARS is connected to VHF3. In such case, the VHF3 can only be tuned in data by the ACARS
