add config for default MCDU values (eg. transition alt)

I'd consult the FMGC documentation(which I don't have), if it notes which parameters are changeable by the airline and add these to a dialog or if the manual describes, how to change it in the mcdu then there it self.

DSC-22_10-10 P 3/6 describes Airline Modifiable Information (AMI)... which should be a good start
