Guests/Respected Cant use Adv Duplicator #147

As the title says im having problems getting adv dupe to work for guests when 
making ranks the dropdown menu below Immunity if i choose admin instead of 
Guest Adv dupe works :/ anyone know how to fix this ?

Im doing a complete reinstall of Evolve to see if that helps

This is not Evolve's restriction. Use "AdvDupe_DontAllowPlayersAdminOnlyEnts 0" 
console command to solve that problem.
