Ranks not keeping there ability. #207

The privileges that I allow for each rank do not stay after I restart my 
server. How can I fix this this?

I need more info. I can't reproduce this on my server.

Its kind of hard to give more info but i allow all the privileges to superadmin 
and ome for admin,But when i stop and start my server or restart it,all of the 
privileges are unchecked. I dont know if its my server not letting it rewrite 
the file or what. But I have some one who might know how to fix.

Alright to reproduce go in a blank server and make youself owner. Give guests 
the Camera in Weapons for example. Restart the server to see the rank missing. 
Using SVN Revision 155
