Sourcebans not working #306

There are 2 problems.

1: When a player is kicked due to being banned, it just says "Check http:"
It does not finish with the usual message of "Check http://www.website.com for 
more details"
I have this as my website:
    website  = "http://www.alters2.com";

2: It will kick players when they are banned and in-game perfectly fine, but it 
will not kick players who are already banned when they rejoin later.

The 1st one, the game is reading // as a comment, and everything afterwards.
