SourceBans not working #323

Here http://guupload.com/jack7x/bans/
As you can see the GMod server that I use evolve and have setup SourceBans 
PERFECTLY with wont connect
If I ban someone it will kick them from the server that works but for some 
reason the site wont show any info
I might just use Exsto if I cant get this to work cause the only reason I 
changed admin mod was because of SourceBans

ALSO if I ban someone in game it doesn't show it on the site

i get it a little working, only my mysqloo module dont works it say
error loading module 'mysqloo' from "path: 
orangebox/garrysmod/lua/includes/modules

Module Not Found

but it realy is in there, and if i delete it it still say it
