Sandbox menu empty

I was on my server and evolve mod worked fine. Next time i connected i had 
empty Sandbox menu, only one: this "Keep NPC Bodies"?

Same thing is happening with our server :/ we tried a server reinstall didn't 
work.

Same problem on our Sandbox Server...
I think the newest Garrysmod update broke this :/

No i haven't reinstalled garry's mod. Just updated servers files, didint fix 
anything

same problem here i tryed diferent version of evolve and clean my cache but my 
sandbox menu is empty
but when i set a friend owner he have all but when he try to change stuff 
nothing happen

hey mate i got it to work !!! all i did was i have downloaded exsto put it in 
the addons folder with evolve then ran the server and yhe menu was there!! but 
i have took out exsto and ran it again and the menu was still there!! :D try 
that out it might work!!

Somehow this bug fixed itself on our server some time ago. I dont know what the 
f* that was, but it's working since then...
