Create CI Pipeline for the repo #21

Since this repository is now open to contributions, it would be beneficial to set up a CI pipeline. The pipeline could handle formatting checks, linting, and ensure type correctness. Additionally, if the PR addressing #20 is merged, automated testing could be introduced as well.
