provides menus to supplement all the keyboard shortcuts
provides a mechanism to allow a new world to be loaded without quitting and restarting the whole simulation
prevents over-writing of the worlds we have supplied when new worlds are saved
ensures the switch appears automatically whenever the Pi2Go robot is loaded (and not when the Initio is loaded)
enables full screen mode and allow larger windows to be created
