Update version no to 0.8.2 #3

Hi!

Talking about https://github.com/legoscia/cl-sasl/commit/5d96232577d75d384feab36f9d1cd1beca7397d3

It does appear to fix SASL authentication with Firebase cloud messaging XMPP servers, but, alas, the one included with Quicklisp doesn't have the fix.

How about bumping up the version number to 0.8.2 and notifying the Quicklisp project to have this fix included in the next Quicklisp distro?

I've opened https://github.com/quicklisp/quicklisp-projects/issues/1662 so hopefully Xach will pull it.

Hi @ghard! I don't use Common Lisp these days, so I'm not able to maintain cl-sasl properly. I'm happy to merge any pull requests, but perhaps you would like to take over maintaining cl-sasl?

Oh I'm sad to hear that! I was going to ask about adding sasl-scram but someone beat me to the punch and did it on top of cl-sasl already (cl-scram)! It would be nice to combine these under one project though. I need this stuff as dependency of cl-xmpp for something I'm doing for a client, so I may be able to charge for at least part of the maintenance on my contract. Though, as our industry stands, it's as good as anybody's guess for how long it would last :)
