HS3 occasionally reports that plugin is still starting up #5

Sometimes, HomeSeer will not report the plugin as running, when in fact it is. I can't consistently reproduce this, but restarting HomeSeer or the plugin will sometimes fix the problem.

Closing -- this appears to be resolved with the latest version of HS3
