This is not needed for the normal LegStar processing but is useful as a
reporting means.
The parser can report the exact storage size (in bytes) that a data item
occupies in z/OS memory.
The calculation must account for variable size structures and therefore there
should be a minimum and maximum storage size.
The calculation must also treat redefines correctly.
