Make JAXB annotations optionnal #34

Currently JAXB annotations are automatically injected in the generated XML 
schema.

The XML Schema can be used outside JAXB and it would be cleaner to take off the 
JAXB annotations in a separate binding customization (xjb) file anyway.

We should keep the option to generate JAXB annotations inline but that should 
not the default anymore.
