Allow fields list to be updated #1

Right now fields presented in the PDI dialogs (which represent the step meta 
data) cannot be modified.

The fields are derived from the LegStar Transformers used.

Users should have the ability to:

- Remove fields that they are not interested in (typically fillers)
- Rename fields
