Include Transformers generation in the PDI designer itself #3

Right now, COBOL Transformers must be generated outside PDI, using the regular 
LegStar Eclipse tooling, prior to using the legstar-pdi step in the PDI 
designer.

It would be best to include the generation capability directly within the PDI 
designer. This way, when setting up a z/OS File Input step in spoon, users will 
be able to pickup COBOL structures and get going.
