Eclipse plugin should not allow removing the .bind suffix for transformers package name #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the Transformers generation dialog, remobe the .bind suffix for the 
binding classes package
2. Generate transformers
3. The operations mapping step is unable to locate the transformers

Somehow the .bind suffix is assumed for all transformers and binding classes. 
The plugin should enforce this.

COXB package name is no longer modifiable. It is built automatically from the 
JAXB package name.
