Tour and/or Help screen.

Help screen is the one from tripal_funnotate. Tour is not yet implemented.

Added Gene Family Help page (to replace the one from the legacy LIS site) in commit 9f953b4, but it is somewhat dated and needs updating. This information could also go in the Funnotate project wiki.
