…as an alias, so that other parts of the system that don't understand aliasing will work properly (#14). "human readable" specification for collection becomes --displayName. Left the call to add-track as is, since the same considerations don't seem to apply.

I also tried to get away with it by specifying the alias to the index command but although this created indexes successfully, the client did not recognize them as being associated with the tracks. Probably I could have renamed them but this way seems better. Agreed that it seems like a jbrowse2 bug though
