problems with synteny track generation #21

the second of the assemblyNames associated with the synteny tracks is a little off:

        "assemblyNames": [
          "arahy.Tifrunner.gnm2",
          "K30076.gnm2.minimap2"
        ]

also, the order needs to be switched, as Jbrowse2 seems to want the order of the assemblies specified to match the order they appear columnwise in the PAF (ie first query, then reference).
